Being committed to a pregnancy workout routine can have huge benefits – improving your mood, helping you sleep better, reducing back pain, and preparing you for labour. With my program FITMOM you can achieve all of that.
This program is designed to keep you moving safely through all trimesters with full-body workouts incorporating low-impact, tabata and strength training, FITMOM has been tried and tested by me through my pregnancy.
Staying strong throughout my pregnancy gave me confidence that I was prepared for giving birth and with FITMOM , I want to help you do the same.
FITMOM is now ready for you to get started no matter what stage of pregnancy you’re at.
In this program you will receive :
10 min warm up (pre workout)
10 min stretch (post workout)
full body mat
full body no equipment
tabata full body
chair incorporated workout
full body dumbbells
full body dumbbells II
Pilates ring workout
resistance band workout
tabata legs
pilates ball
