Created for women of all levels, the focus of the program is to ensure a smooth pregnancy that will leave mothers-to-be feeling confident and strong throughout this important time of their lives. Because we are aware of the physical discomfort often associated with pregnancy, the goal of this program is to make fitness as convenient, practical and accessible as possible for mothers all around the world. Through the website, mothers will have access to a total of 12 online classes, which they can then use in the comfort of their own home, at their own pace. This training method was created with a purpose of keeping mothers-to-be active in a safe and effective way. We are determined to slowly remove the fear and stigma associated with working out during pregnancy, by proving that if done correctly, fitness is not only beneficial, but also crucial for mother’s physical and mental well-being.
