1.How do I get started?
The first step to getting started is to book a free phone consultation with our CEO, who will assess you and match you with the perfect trainer. Once you have been matched, you will be able to schedule a time with your new trainer to meet you at the location of your choice.
2.Can I discontinue whenever I want?
Our program does not come with any long term commitments and offers our clients the ability to stop training at any time. However, if you have purchased a package of sessions, it is in your best interest to complete them since they are non-refundable.
3.How much does it cost?
Our training sessions come in the following packages:
1 Hour session: $110.00
Package of 10 sessions: $1050.00
Package of 20 sessions: $2000.00
4. What is the cancellation policy?
You will need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
5. Can I get refunded if I did not like the session?
There are strictly no refunds for completed sessions; however, because our job is to ensure satisfaction, our CEO will take the time to speak with you to match you with a different trainer.
6. What if I don’t like the trainer I was matched with?
If you are unhappy with the trainer you were matched with for any reason, you can request to be matched with a different trainer at any time.
7. Can I buy a package of sessions for a discounted price?
Please refer to Question #3 for our different package options. If you are interested in a different option, we will set up a call with the CEO so that you can inquire about different options that you feel would work better for you.
8. Can the trainers work around injuries?
All our trainers are certified and trained to work with all types of injuries. However, we do recommend for each individual to consult with their physicians prior to engaging in new physical activities.
9. Do I need any equipment or does the trainer bring everything?
Our trainers will be providing all equipment needed for the session.
10. How far in advance do I need to schedule my session?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that your desired time is available. However, you will have the option to book up to 24 hours in advance if the trainer still has availabilities on his schedule.
11. What happens if I cancel the day of?
Unfortunately, you will still be charged the full amount if you cancel in the 24-hour window prior to your session.
12. Can we meet at the gym?
Yes, our trainers are mobile and will come to any location convenient to the client. However, please check with your gym’s policies to ensure that they allow outside trainers.
13. Where do I pay?
All payments will be processed through the Mind and Body app.
